The 123 Farm Lavender Festival returns for its 22nd year at the historic Highland Springs Ranch & Inn near Beaumont, running weekends and select weekdays from June 5 to July 19, 2026. Visitors stroll 20 acres of blooming organic lavender and sample lavender-infused food, drinks, and desserts. Tickets must be purchased online in advance, as admission is paid and not sold at the gate.
