  • 💡 Register early if you want to compete — stomp teams are capped at 120 and general public registration opens May 1st, so spots fill quickly. The registration fee is $80 per team of two.

The Calaveras Grape Stomp & Gold Rush Street Faire celebrates the Calaveras wine region's grape harvest each fall in Murphys, CA. Teams of two compete in the classic barefoot grape-stomping competition at Murphys Community Park, while the adjacent Gold Rush Street Faire offers live music, art and craft booths, and family-friendly activities. It is held annually on the first Saturday of October.
