🅿️ Free public parking in downtown lots and street parking nearby. Paid shuttle service from Carpinteria High School lot ($5 round trip) runs Saturday 10 AM – 10:15 PM and Sunday 10 AM – 7:15 PM.
💡 Free to attend — the centerpiece is the famous giant vat of guacamole.

The California Avocado Festival fills downtown Carpinteria's Linden Avenue with avocado-themed food, live music across multiple stages, and arts and crafts vendors. The free event celebrates the region's signature crop and donates proceeds to local education and Future Farmers of America programs. The 2026 festival runs October 2-4.
