The Napa Truffle Festival is North America's premier truffle event, featuring truffle science seminars, gourmet cuisine, cooking demos, truffle dog demonstrations, and fresh Périgord black truffles for sale. The 2027 edition runs January 15-18 across Napa venues including Oxbow Public Market and the Westin Verasa Napa, with a free public marketplace alongside ticketed dinners and tastings. Tickets go on sale October 3, 2026.
