The Pasadena Festival of Tea brings together local tea vendors offering samplings of fine teas from Japan, China, Taiwan, and India within one of Southern California's rarest historic Japanese gardens. Guests can enjoy a Matcha Cafe serving ceremonial-grade matcha, traditional Japanese tea ceremony demonstrations in the garden's Niko-an teahouse, and ceramic tea wares by local artists. The 2026 festival marked the seventh annual edition and was held across three timed sessions on a single spring Sunday.
