Hangtown Kid is a family U-pick orchard in the Apple Hill area of Camino, offering 13+ apple varieties along with pears, Fuyu and Hachiya persimmons, and chestnuts. Pears ripen in late summer, apples through fall, and chestnuts and persimmons into early winter, so calling ahead for ripening dates is recommended. The ranch is dog-friendly and also sells local honey and Christmas trees after Thanksgiving.
