The Gilroy Garlic Festival celebrates the self-proclaimed “Garlic Capital of the World” with garlic-infused everything — from the legendary Gourmet Alley to garlic fries and roasted-garlic stands — plus cooking demos, live music, and arts and crafts. Now held at the Hecker Pass Outdoor Events Center, the beloved community festival returned in 2025 after a pandemic-era hiatus. Tickets are sold online in advance, as admission is limited and not available at the gate.
