Aspinwall's has been a roadside fixture on the Salem-Dallas Highway (Hwy 22) since 1962, when the family began selling its own strawberry and peach crops from the stand. Today the stand offers its homegrown peaches, strawberries, sweet corn, and a range of seasonal vegetables, rounded out with local honey, jams, pickled goods, nursery plants, and hanging flower baskets. A counter serves homemade ice cream desserts, milkshakes, and shortcake in summer. It is a farm stand only — no u-pick — and shares a parking lot with the family's Cafe 22 West restaurant. Open daily April through October.
