Roloff Farms in Hillsboro's Helvetia countryside opens once a year for pumpkin season, every Friday through Sunday in October (10am-5:30pm, last entry 4pm). Pick pumpkins and specialty gourds in the patch (sold separately from admission), ride the wagon tour or train, and explore trike tracks, hay pyramids, animal encounters, mini golf, and a harvest market with local artisans. The country store occupies a restored 100-year-old barn, and food vendors keep visitors fed. Admission was $18 in 2025 ($25 combo with wagon and train rides); kids under 24 months free.
