Held over the first two weekends of July at Helvetia Lavender Farm in the countryside north of Hillsboro, this festival opens fields of roughly 60 lavender varieties for u-cut ($8 per bundle, baskets and scissors provided) and pre-cut bouquets. The farm runs an on-site lavender oil distillery, and festival weekends bring 30+ artisan vendors, food, and live music with valley views from the pavilion. Festival runs July 3-5 and July 10-12, 2026; u-cut is also offered June 27-28. Admission proceeds are donated to charity.
