3 Strands Farm grows over 700 lavender plants in three varieties — Celestial Star (white), Miss Katherine (red), and Royal Velvet (blue) — on its farm between Silverton and Molalla, east of Salem. The fields bloom each June, and visitors are welcomed for an annual u-pick day; in 2026 it falls on Saturday, June 20, 10am-5pm. The farm also sells lavender aromatherapy, body care, culinary, and gift products at the Silverton Farmers Market and regional festivals.
