Ernst Family Farms at 3118 Horseshoe Lake Road near St. Paul has been farming the same Willamette Valley ground for more than 120 years. Its short, sweet season runs from mid-August to early September, when visitors can pick Elberta and Suncrest peaches and sweet corn or buy already-picked fruit, daily 9am-4pm. The orchard also doubles as a scenic event venue.
