A fourth-generation family farm on the Hood River Fruit Loop, Kiyokawa Family Orchards has been farming in Parkdale since 1911 and runs the largest u-pick operation in the valley, with over 150 varieties of apples, pears, Asian pears, cherries, and stone fruit. The 2026 season opens July 3 with weekend-only hours, shifts to daily hours from August 21 through November 1, then a daily winter stand through November 29. The fruit stand at 5625 Hutson Rd also sells pre-picked fruit, jams, cider, and local honey, and the farm hosts Fiesta Days (Oct 3-4) and an 80-variety Apple Tasting (Oct 17-18) in 2026.
