Minto Island Growers is a 30-acre diversified farm and nursery in South Salem, certified organic since 2009. Two acres of Reka and Duke blueberries open for u-pick in summer, joined by certified organic u-pick tomatoes (paste, slicers, heirlooms, and cherry) and a large cut-your-own garden of annual and perennial flowers. The on-site farm stand sells produce, plant starts, eggs, and kombucha, and a farm food cart with a wood-fired pizza oven makes it an easy place to linger after picking. The farm also runs a CSA and hosts seasonal events.
